Please confirm that your USB-C device supports "Display Port Alternate Mode" video output and USB Power Delivery, or please confirm with us.

 

On Mac devices

MAC OS system can't support the MST feature. Mac OS through HDMI and VGA ports can only extend 2/3 monitors with the "same screen contents" but different with the laptop display content.

 

95W Charging

The power adapter is not included in the package. Please use the wall charger of your laptop to connect the PD port.

 

4K Display

For Windows system, 4K picture is shown only when single HDMI is connected, otherwise, the picture’s resolution is 1080P. But for the Mac system, 4K picture is displayed when single or dual HDMI is connected.

NOTE:

1. Triple Display: One display of HDMI 1, one display of HDMI2, one display of VGA, the laptop screen is black. ONLY Windows system support MST. (Screen switch shortcut key: Windows+P)

2. We do not recommend adding an "extra extension cable or port conversion adapter" for the hub as it can cause slow transmission, HDMI port not being recognized, or other connective problems.

3. Please use HDMI cable 2.0a HDR 4k certified or above so that can get higher resolution.

4. The USB ports are intended for data transfer. They only provide minimal 0.5A charging.

5. The "USB-C Female PD Charging" port is only for power supply, it doesn't support data transfer. Please use your device's original power adapter. If you don't have a USB-C power adapter, we recommend connecting your power adapter directly to your laptop.

6. Not intended for use with gaming devices and high-power devices. (external hard drives, iPad, etc.)
